What we repair

Diagnostics

A fault code is a starting point, not an answer. We trace intermittent electrical and drivability problems properly, then tell you what the car actually needs before any work starts.

Engine and drivetrain

Oil and coolant leaks, cooling system work, clutch and transmission service. The jobs that get expensive when they are left alone, on cars where leaving them alone is common.

Questions Porsche owners ask

Can a regular mechanic work on a Porsche?

Technically yes. The difference is equipment and familiarity: model-specific fault codes, service intervals and the known weak points of each generation. Any competent shop can change your oil. Diagnosing an intermittent electrical fault is a different job, and that is where the time and money go.

Is a Porsche expensive to repair?

More than a mass-market car, less than most owners fear. Parts cost more and the labor is more specialized. What drives the bill is deferred maintenance. A car kept on its intervals is predictable. A car that has skipped them is where the surprises come from.

Are Porsches reliable after 100,000 miles?

Yes, with the interval work done. Service history matters more than the odometer: a 90,000 mile car with no records is a bigger risk than a 130,000 mile car with a folder of them. That is why we recommend a pre-purchase inspection before you buy.

We source through WorldPac and SSF and choose the part for the job, not the cheapest one on the shelf. When a less expensive option is genuinely fine we will tell you. When it is not, we will tell you that too.
